Green Envee products are the featured professional skin care line which are organic, nontoxic, allergen-friendly, and cruelty-free. Treatments may be enhanced with lymphatic drainage massage, gua sha, cupping, phototherapy and high frequency therapies as determined by your skin care concerns and goals. Spiro Spero offers add-on facial waxing and dermaplaning to any facial treatment. Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 business days before the time of your appointment.
For an appointment rescheduled or cancelled less than 2 business days before the scheduled appointment time, the client will be charged 50% of the reserved service(s) amount.
Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment must do so a minimum of 2 business days prior to the original appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.
A no-show occurs when a client misses their scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice. No-shows may be subject to payment of 100% of the reserved service(s) amount.
This policy is strictly followed, however, it is understood that emergencies can happen, so please communicate with us if this is the situation.
